Runsh through tutorial island, don't bother getting 3 strength and attack,it's much quicker to get it on the mainland.
As soon as you get into Lumbridge head to the chicken coop, slightly north and train attack to 5, collect the feathers but DO NOT bury any bones; you could do without the extra combat levels. Once you have 5 attack head to Zeke's scimitar shop in Al-Kharid and buy a steel scimitar for around 400-500gp. Scimitar's are going to be your new best friend, as they mix strength and speed brilliantly.
Now that you have your scimmy head back to Lumbridge and start slaughtering them cows until 20 attack and strength, collect their hides and beef, hides are worth about 100gp each and beef is a simple way to raise your cooking, which is pretty handy in the long run.
I recommend you buy a mithril scimitar now and complete the 'Vampire Slayer' quest, as it gives a sweet 4.8k attack experience! I suggest you take some decent food when attempting to kill the level 34 Vampire, and don't forget your hammer, stake and garlic!
Now, your off to the Monastery, west of Edgeville, to begin the long, tedious training with monks all the way up to level 40 attack and strength... Once you get there, you'll need about 25k. Personally I recommend air running on world 16, it's quick and simple, check out the thread on the Official Runescape Forums for more information. Once you've got the money you can finally buy that rune scimitar!
Enjoying your rune scimmy? Well, don't get too excited, as you've still got a lot of training to go. Flesh Crawlers on the second floor of the Stronghold Of Security are good from now until all the way up to level 60 strength and beyond, as they yield 100xp per kill.
Now you're ready to head into the savage place most call the wilderness...Get a couple of hundred lobbies, a few strength potion some armour and a strength amulet. But be wary, there are many players out to get you, but, with experience, you'll be pwning them in no time!
So in short, this is what you'll be training on -
1-5 attack - Chickens [Buy Steel Scimmy]
5-20 attack, 1-20 strength - Cows [Buy Mithril Scimmy] [Complete Vampire Slayer] 20-40 attack & strength-Monks[Buy Rune Scimmy][Stop traiming attack] 40 strength and beyond- Flesh Crawlers

Fast Runecrafting of Mind Runes in RuneScape MMORPG, comments and questions
Qopitar has some feedback and some questions. I'm not much of a runecrafter myself (boring, too much running back and forth) so anyone who has good answers, feel free to post a comment!

Here are some tips that might make things safer for you:
When you try this route for the first time, do it naked! This way, you risk nothing but a trip to Lumbridge. If you run this route properly, you will never encounter aggressive npcs.
Go to a "market" or "running" world. People typically go to world 1 to buy and sell stuff, not to pk. I ran this route on world 66 (member's law running world) with no trouble at all.
Along the same lines, wait 'til late. Less players = less pkers.
While running this route, I always made sure that I had 50% run left in case I needed it.
I ran the route "naked" so I was only risking the essence or runes I was carrying and could maximize my running time. I read some advice that suggested one wear the best ranger class armour that one can. This makes sense to me as it's light and a mage pker using snare or entangle is your biggest threat. Maybe body armour, legs, and a decent, light weapon? Any advice from someone more experienced here?
These are just my personal thoughts and opinions, but keep in mind, I'm a rookie!! Let me know if you have any tips or I got it wrong.
One thing that I need to learn more about is the escape routes while running this route. Right after leaving Edgeville, I'm pretty sure that if I ran south, I'd end up in the Monk Sanctuary (which is good). Moving further west, I don't think one would want to run south and end up in the Black Knight's fortress, this would be bad, right? "
Yep, I think people in Non-Member worlds are looking for unaware people to wander by the Black Knight's fortress so they can PK 'em

Basic Technique - Law Running and Air Running
Tip: Travel as light as possible while running runes! Don't bring any armor that weighs anything!
Perquisites:
- This technique is for both non-members (Air Running only) and members
- Any level
- Any amount of gold
- 25 Rune Essence (Air Running) to 27 Pure Essence (Law Running)
- Air Tiara (Air Running) or Law Tiara (Law Running)
There is little or no risk in Rune Running. This can be done by any level player with any amount of cash.
Law running and air running are some examples of the “instant” ways to make cash on Runescape. It’s not nearly as fast at making gold as some of the more advanced methods described in this guide, but the difference is, there is absolutely no risk in rune running at all! Rune running is possible because high level players are always trying to gain Runecrafting XP by crafting runes. However, they need people to bring them rune essence to make the runes.
Air Running - Non-members and Members
Air running is basically the same as Law Running, except that it can be done by non-members as well as members. You'll need to be on World 16 and pay visits to the Air altar. You should have 25 Rune essence in your inventory when air running (you can buy rune essence fast on world 1 or world 2). How much gold you will make from air running depends on your timing and luck.
1. Go to Falador East Bank and withdraw the 25 Rune essence.
2. Make the run south to the Air altar.
3. Once you get to the alter, look for people saying "open." Trade with them. On the trade screen, offer 25 Rune essence. The other player will trade you 25 noted essence and some gold for your effort (To make sure you're getting a fair amount of gold, check around to see how much other air runners are getting paid).
4. Head back to the Falador East Bank and repeat the process until you get enough money.
Law Running - Members Only
The world where most people will law run is World 66. The line of people will show you the path to the law altar, but the problem is that there may be too many people competing around. Again, how much gold you actually make depends partly on your timing and luck.
First, make sure that you have no armor or weapons equipped while law running. Also, wearing boots of lightness or the hunting skill capes can help speed up sprinting and decrease the time it takes to complete each run.
You will need at least 27 Pure Essence to law run. If you don't already have 27 pure essence, then buy it!
1. First, go to the Draynor bank and withdraw 27 essence from your bank. This essence must not be noted.
2. Head to Port Sarim and talk to one of the monks. They will ship you to Entrana, where the law alter is located.
3. Once you get to the alter, look for people saying "open." Trade with them. On the trade screen, offer your 27 essence. They will trade you 27 noted essence and 27 law runes for your essence!
4. Head back to the Draynor bank, and repeat the law running process as many times as you can. After you acquire a good sized stock of law runes, sell your law runes for the current market price.
If you're a non-member, air running will be your only option. However, if you're a member, experiment to see which method works the best for you.
