Stage 1: I would suggest just buying members, going to a near empty world and train on the lesser demon in the cage on top of wizard tower until you get get to stage 2.

Stage 2:Well... just teleport

Stage 3: Same as stage 2 but teleport to lumby

Stage 4: Same as stage 3 but teleport to fally

Stage 5:Same as stage 4 but teleport to camelot

Stage 6: Somewhere were you can chat to people so you dont get bored (unrecomended you use a high alc trainer for stage 6+). Like varrock west bank is a fun place cause you can watch people getting scammed and if your nice you can report the scammer and eventually i guess you'd get mod

Stage 7: Same as stage 6

Stage 8: Same as stage 7
